QUALITY POLICY

The General Management (DG) is committed to defining, documenting, transmitting and sustaining constantly towards all members of the organization this Quality Policy, which puts in the foreground the satisfaction of both customers and workers but also the Institutions/Bodies of the territory, Universities, Trade Associations, Provincial Administrations, Municipalities, Companies etc.... being part of our Customer System. It is the policy of our Company to operate in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard - through a certified Quality Management System, as an effective business management tool, to provide Customers with Services in accordance with their needs. It is the responsibility of the entire organization to make sure that all functions achieve the Set Goals. It is the responsibility of the General Management to define and document the Quality Policy and Goals and to ensure that this Policy is understood and applied at all levels of the organization. To implement the Policy and achieve the set Quality Goals, the General Management defines the Authorities, Responsibilities, and mutual relationships of all the staff who manage, perform, and monitor activities that affect the Quality. It is the goal of the General Management to ensure that the quality level of the provided Services is constantly in line with customers' needs which is realized by the timely detection of market changes and the subsequent re-direction of Quality Objectives. It is the management's responsibility to continuously improve the Quality of the provided Services; for this purpose, Quality indicators are constantly monitored and new targets for improvement are set at least annually. It is the intention of the Executive Board to maintain the Quality System as appropriate for the achievement of the strategic goals; to this end, the Executive Board is responsible for the promotion and incentive of actions aimed at the evolution of the Quality System and the relevant regulations.
In particular, an active commitment is aimed at:
  • Spread the “Quality Policy” to all levels of the Company and strictly comply with its contents;
  • Implement and keep active its Quality Management System, continuously improving its effectiveness, while recognizing it as the tool for improving business performance;
  • Timely comply with normative or voluntary requirements on which to maintain a constant information update in order to promptly adjust behavior or infrastructure;
  • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes by continuously reducing the number of nonconformities and continuously improving performance;
  • Periodically review ( from the perspective of continuous improvement) the limits threshold values of the internally established Quality and Health and Safety Indicators, and maintain the values of the Indicators within them;
  • Analyze and manage the risks and opportunities of managing the different business processes;
  • Make all the people working under the control of the organization aware of this Policy and involve them, by making them aware of their duties, by ensuring the necessary training interventions to perform the activities as required;
  • In the management of the company's activities, P.M.T. S.r.l. holds environmental protection in the highest regard, trying to achieve the improvement of the environmental conditions of the community in which it operates, in compliance with current regulations;
  • In particular, the Company promotes actions aimed at waste sorting, recycling and proper waste disposal, paying special attention in the selection of service suppliers concerning waste management;
  • Consider climate change as a relevant factor in the management of PMT activities by assessing the additional risks associated with it and taking appropriate preventive measures.

Management is committed to maintaining the integrity of the quality system in the event of changes to the system.
The General Management appoints the Quality Management Manager as its representative to verify the proper functioning of the Quality System of PMT S.r.l.;
The QMS must ensure compliance with the provisions of this manual and report to the Management in case of major procedural deviations.
At least annually, precise Goals are set or revised, which will be published in the “Management Review” and then made available and explained to all employees and partners; their status is also constantly monitored over time.
It is therefore assumed that the full fulfillment of the above, through the adoption of a UNI EN ISO 9001:2015-compliant QS, to which full compliance is intended to be achieved, are the key elements to promote the real continuous improvement of our Company.
Aware of the importance of the human factor and the activity of error prevention as critical success factors in meeting the needs of our Customers, the Management is committed to entrusting specific activities to qualified resources, adopting appropriate and up-to-date infrastructure and equipment, promoting teamwork, and listening to and acknowledging every Customer request.
